I was having trouble with my beautiful girl Sadie constantly barking at everything. After wasting my money trying different internet fad products that didn’t work, like the citronella collar and the high frequency emitting deterrents, I was at my wits end. However with Paul’s expert advice we have been able to stop the long barking outbursts much to our (and our neighbours!!) relief. Paul and the team are so welcoming and supportive and they really care about you and your pet. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They are such absolute legends too- they went above and beyond when a freak storm hit during the wedding and quickly escorted the dogs to safety. Not to mention, assist our guests with umbrellas. True professionals, trustworthy, reliable and all round awesome people. Thank you Belinda and Andrew - our dogs were in the best hands xx

Belinda and her husband are probably two of the most unhelpful people. I feel extremely unwelcome every time I come into the store, I’m hardly greeted. Not to mention the... read more prices are unbelievable. Belinda has the mindset of a PTA mother and has harassed me continuously about my own dog and has threatened to call the RSPCA on me because my dog has barked for an hour of a morning. Yet Belinda trains dogs by using harsh dog shock collars if she is making money from a service. I will never shop here again and would rather go to pet barn where the customer service is fantastic and the staff genuinely care about your pets.

The people at Pawfectionist did a great job grooming Luna and my other dog. She’s very difficult to groom so would definitely recommend.
