When Reya was no longer needed at the venue Belinda took her back to the accommodation for us. They are such absolute legends too- they went above and beyond when a freak storm hit during the wedding and quickly escorted the dogs to safety. Not to mention, assist our guests with umbrellas. Belinda and her husband are probably two of the most unhelpful people. I feel extremely unwelcome every time I come into the store, I’m hardly greeted. Belinda has the mindset of a PTA mother and has harassed me continuously about my own dog and has threatened to call the RSPCA on me because my dog has barked for an hour of a morning. Yet Belinda trains dogs by using harsh dog shock collars if she is making money from a service. I will never shop here again and would rather go to pet barn where the customer service is fantastic and the staff genuinely care about your pets.
