Belinda and her husband are probably two of the most unhelpful people. I feel extremely unwelcome every time I come into the store, I’m hardly greeted. Belinda has the mindset of a PTA mother and has harassed me continuously about my own dog and has threatened to call the RSPCA on me because my dog has barked for an hour of a morning. Yet Belinda trains dogs by using harsh dog shock collars if she is making money from a service. I will never shop here again and would rather go to pet barn where the customer service is fantastic and the staff genuinely care about your pets.

I have 2 Jack Russell Terriers who were recently groomed here and they did an incredible job! I especially couldn't believe how much less they were shedding afterwards and I... read more didn't have for "extra de shedding time" like I have at other places. Thank you we will return again soon!

Ollie finished his second puppy school. He is getting to understand his training. Small groups of 5 dogs per class. Five lessons.
