Currently we use Australia Post and Sendle. We have found both these postal organisations to be both fast and reliable in getting orders out to you.

We only use trackable services, and you will receive updates on the progress of your parcel and a link to follow to view tracking information whenever suits you.

Australia Post

 

Most orders ship via Australia Post. We take orders to our local post office every business day before 4pm. Either this service or Sendle may be used when you select standard, or free shipping. If you select Express Post, we always use Australia Post’s express service.

Sendle

 

Sendle is usually faster and more cost effective for metro deliveries within VIC and can be considerably more cost effective for bulky deliveries to some regional areas, and we choose to use them where appropriate. Sendle parcels are collected from us, by their courier, the day after we pack and lodge your order. 

Click & Collect

 

Click & Collect is always available. You can collect items from our shop at 38 Main Street, Greensborough VIC 3088. Please note that if you are ordering cold storage items you must select Click & Collect as these items can not be put in the post.

Place Your Order

You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately following the placing of your order. This means we know about it, and we’ll be getting it ready in the near future.

Order Completion

Once we pack and send your order, you’ll receive confirmation from us that its done and on its way. This email will contain information regarding how to track your order with the carrier.

Delivered

You’ll receive updates to your email or phone regarding the progress of your delivery directly from the carrier, and the vast majority of orders are received within a few business days.

This might includes overseas customers, those of you who want us to use a specific carrier, want your items packed a certain way, or if you need a single order sent to multiple different addresses.

International Shipping

Yes, we can – but you will have to contact us first rather than ordering online.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available to Metropolitan Melbourne for any order over $100.

For regional and interstate orders, free shipping is only available if your order is over $100 and the weight of your order does not exceed 5kg. 

Express Post

Yes. You will be able to select Australia Post’s express service at checkout.
